of justice and hope (daw)
By Yan • Apr 5th, 2007 • Category: Random TidbitsFubar: Congratulations for passing the BAR. Good job!
Troy: Thank you!
Gen: Good luck with the justice system. I have no faith in it whatsoever.
Troy: That makes two of us.
Fubar: Why on earth did you take up law then?
Troy: I didn’t become a lawyer for you. I didn’t become a lawyer to make the world a better place. I became a lawyer coz blood freaks me out. Hence, I can’t be a doctor.
Fubar: What? Poor you. Only two choices, huh?
Fubar: Seriously, you have no faith in the justice system?
Troy: Seriously, the system sucks right now. But even if there’s only one judge in the entire country who’s honest and just, it’s still worth it.
Fubar: What makes it worthwhile?
Troy: Hope.
Fubar: Naks! So profound!
Troy: James Yap?
Fubar: wahahahahhahaha!
Troy: Abi nimo seryoso, no?
