The 10 Things Series

I needed help writing the vanity section of this blog, so I asked a few friends to write a little something about me. Guile proved particularly innovative by writing 10 things you should know about Yan. The others followed suit, and pretty soon it became sort of a trend. I thought it would be a nice gesture to return the favor, so in the next few posts, I’ll be revealing 10 noteworthy snippets about the people who contributed to my vanity page. (I should stop calling it that.)
Please note: This is not a meme. This is just a fun little exercise to stir things up. Come to think of it, I’ve never been tagged for a meme (which either means I’m not a full-fledged blogger yet or that I’m a pretty anti-social member of the blogosphere), and I’m sure it’s fun, too. But I just want to make it clear that there’s no pressure here. This is just vanity for vanity’s sake. (whatever that means)

Update: I’m having such a great time doing this that I’d be willing to create more “10 things” snippets. Don’t you just love vanity, huh? If you wish to be featured in my “10 things” series, just leave me a comment here. You don’t have to return the favor, though it would certainly be appreciated if you do. Just make sure I know you; else, I’d be forced to invent things. And if you know me, you’d understand that that would ultimately prove to be disastrous. For you, anyway.
