Do People Really Change?
By Yan • Sep 24th, 2007 • Category: Random TidbitsBrowsing through my our old blog, I found this:
Do people really change?
I’ve always believed that time doesn’t change people, it reveals them.
People don’t change, no. Perceptions and feelings change. Beliefs and attitudes change. But personalities really don’t.
It’s easy to put on a mask for daily wear. And it is these masks that change. One can easily discard one mask for another to suit the current tempo.
But what’s behind the mask remains the same.
