Midnight Makoy: A Free Wordpress Theme
Midnight Makoy is a 3-column, widget-ready free Wordpress theme with an attractive dark color scheme, and is compatible with the Gravatar and Pagenavi plugins. You may temporarily preview it here.

Midnight Makoy started as an alternative design for the Himantayon Pro theme, which I created for Himantayon.com back in August. I used more or less the same design elements as in Himantayon Pro, but with an entirely different color scheme. Here’s hoping you’d like it.

I created this theme back in September of last year, and I just simply forgot about it. These things happen to me often these days. I blame it on stress and the thousands of brain cells ruthlessly murdered by too much nicotine and caffeine and too little sleep. Grrr.

As those of you who know me have probably figured out, the theme’s name is a tribute to my beloved Makoy, who continues to inspire me. :)

    Hi Yan,
    Thanks a lot for making available this very nice theme. Based on the french tranlation made by (niss), I modified the theme but I have some problem with the sidebars when using Firefox (not experiencing the same thing with IE). Please you can that on my blog (bbeko.qc.to) and choosing (M.Makoy) in the theme switcher tab.
    The bug is maybe related with the style’s file but I can’t correct it.

    Thanks for dropping by. I think the problem may be with your wordspew plugin. I used the same plugin in another blog, and the css got messed up. What you need to do is edit the css file of wordspew and adapt it to the theme. Let me know if it works. :)
